The City of Norwood Young America is a statutory City governed by a five-member Council. The Council is composed of the Mayor and four council members. The Carver County Taxpayer Services Department administers all federal, state and local elections within the county and reports election results, and the department oversees voter registration within Carver County. In that role our office works hard to encourage people to participate in our democratic process.

Election judges staff local polling places during the primary and general elections. You can earn money, meet your neighbors and help ensure that elections are administered in a fair manner.

POLLING PLACES
The City of Norwood Young America’s polling location is at NYA City Hall Council Chambers at 310 West Elm Street, NYA. All voters must vote in the precinct where they legally reside.
You can also locate your precinct and polling location by using the MN Secretary of State’s precinct finder.
