Scott and Carver County will be expanding their transportation services in the coming month. The Expanded Transit Link Bus Services Hours will include Saturday and Sundays from 7:30am-4:30pm and weekend evenings until 9:00pm. Reservations are accepted up to 7 days in advance. Call 952-496-8341 ext 1 M-F 7:00am-3:30pm for reservations. All Transit Link buses are lift equipped.

Beginning Friday, October 4th, Transit Link will also start “Fixed Route Circulators” aka the “Loop Program” for older adults in Norwood Young America for $1.00 each way for weekly shopping in Waconia.

1. No need to make a reservation—just be ready at the scheduled bus time and location according to the below schedule.
2. Service will be weekly, same day of the week, same time, same places—Oak Grove, Peace Villa, Harbor/Haven, and the corner of Poplar Ridge Drive/Faxon Rd. ***Every Friday***
3. Two (2) chances to go on the bus about an hour apart.
4. Stop and shop at any location listed on the route (see schedule below).
5. Cost is only $1.00 each way—Cash or Go-To-Card—Drivers do not make change.
6. Bus Driver does NOT assist with bags.
7. Be ready at your location to get back on the bus. The bus will wait three (3) minutes and will then move on if the driver does not see anyone. Everyone must be prompt!
8. All vehicles are equipped for wheelchairs.
9. Driver does not know who is getting on or off where—their job is to follow the route stops and be on time.
