The Norwood Young America Tacoma West Industrial Park is located on the Southwest corner of U.S. Highway 212 and Tacoma Avenue. The Park has provided opportunities for new and existing businesses to expand and bring industry and jobs to Norwood Young America. It is attractive for light industrial uses and benefits from rail access to the Twin Cities & Western Railroad and the MN Prairie Line Railroad.
The Tacoma West Industrial Park Phase 2 (TWIP2) property is now available for new businesses and expansion projects.
